Molly Smith has completed her elementary special education certification at Northern Michigan University and is involved educational research in the fields of math, the arts and technology. She also is entering the profession as a first-year teacher.

Chandler P. Miranda is a doctoral candidate at New York University and is currently conducting her dissertation research at a high school for recently arrived immigrant teenagers. Her research focuses on school culture and schooling practices for immigrant youth. She taught high school science for seven years in San Benito, Texas, and in Barranquilla and Bogota, Colombia, before pursuing a doctoral degree.

Alexandra Melnick is an ELA educator and writer from Jupiter, Florida. She teaches in the Mississippi Delta and is a member of the Mississippi Teacher Corps.

Tyler Murphy is a social studies teacher in Woodford County, Kentucky.
