Promote empathy and perspective-taking, and help students challenge prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination. Start by reviewing bullying basics and testing yourself for hidden bias, then follow up with activities that remind students to Speak Up at School. And, since students aren't the only ones who bully, assess the power dynamics among the adults in your building.
