Clarice Brazas (she/her) holds an Ed. S. in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia. She is in her 13th year of teaching and is always looking for ways to improve her craft. The first three years of her career were spent working with students who had emotional and behavioral needs, which early on gave her the desire to educate students in a holistic and engaging way. Anoa J. Changa (she/her) is a southern-based movement journalist and retired attorney. She previously served as a grassroots digital organizer and strategic advisor to several organizations. As a journalist, Anoa is deeply influenced by grassroots-led electoral organizing efforts. She approaches coverage through a lens that centers on impacted communities and moving beyond the status quo. Anoa follows in the footsteps of Black journalists like Ida B.
