Ginger Aaron-Brush teaches elementary physical education in metro Birmingham, Alabama. As an educator for 15 years she has mentored many student interns and has lead countless professional development sessions. She holds bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Montevallo and an educational specialist degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Jeff McMahon is a teaching artist in New York City public schools. For his own performance work, he has received eight fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Chris Martin is a teaching-writer at Unrestricted Interest and has worked with unconventional students, ASD students and twice-exceptional students for over a decade, specializing in creative writing and executive function. He earned his BA in English at Carleton College; his MA in Poetry, Performance, and Education from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study; and his MFA in Poetry from the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Jason taught middle grades Language Arts in Cleveland, Tennessee, for eight years. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in literacy studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and teaches courses as an adjunct professor at Lee University.
